The commission also instructed to submit a compliance report within two days.<\/p>\n<p>Former Supreme Court judge Justice Amir Hani Muslim heading the commission stated that it had passed an order in March, directing the provincial government to issue a formal notification for a master plan of Karachi and other big cities. Despite the directive, a notification had not been issued. The commission was assured that a notification in this regard will be issued soon.<\/p>\n<p>The commission also allowed time till October 9 for the submission of a report on the conversion of industrial plots into commercial ones in Karachi and other parts of the provinces.
