Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue has started the first phase of its operation against 169 influential tax defaulters, reported a news source. In the first phase, owners of luxury properties and 3,000 CC cars will be reprimanded.<\/p>\n

The chosen tax defaulters haven\u2019t been paying their due taxes on purchase of expensive properties and luxury cars. They will be penalised heavily according to Income Tax Law while taxes due on them will also be collected.<\/p>\n

In the next phase of this operation, the FBR will target those who purchased immovable assets more expensive than PKR 200 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
