The registration process for the project will be completed in 60 days.<\/p>\n<p>The forms can be submitted from October 22, while the last date for form submission is December 21, 2018. In the first phase of NPHP, affordable houses will be constructed in seven districts of the country; Islamabad, Faisalabad, Quetta, Swat, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, and Sukkur.\u00a0 These forms can be submitted in the respective District Commissioner and NADRA offices in these districts.
