Abbottabad:\u00a0 The City Administrator has implemented Section 144 to put a complete ban on all illegal and unregistered housing societies until the next order is communicated, reported a news source. A formal notice in this regard has also been issued by Abbottabad Deputy Commissioner Fayyaz Ali Shah.<\/p>\n

The notice mentions that District Municipal Administration had proposed a ban on illegal housing societies in the city. According to sources from Town Municipal Administration, the illegal private real estate developments were hampering the collection of government taxes. In addition, property disputes and incidents of fraud were also reported in these projects.<\/p>\n
