Lahore: The Government of Punjab has asked the departments concerned to submit detailed reports on the status of ongoing development projects, reported a news source. The reports will help the government prioritise issuance of development funds.<\/p>\n

Sources have revealed that the provincial government has a plan in place for projects that are already underway. Based on this plan, and also the pace of development work being carried out on these projects, the government will issue funds. The prime purpose of this exercise is to ensure that these projects aren\u2019t a burden on the treasury.<\/p>\n
