The case was being heard by Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi.<\/p>\n<p>Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) head and other high officials of relevant departments were present at the hearing. LHC instructed that all the parks be provided canal water within 60 days and that all the water channels in cantonment area be opened up. The court also ordered the parties to submit compliance reports by 23<sup>rd<\/sup> October.
