Multan: A list is being prepared which has details regarding the housing schemes which have not fulfilled the obligations of handing over ownership and possession rights to their buyers, according to a news source. This list includes all those schemes which haven\u2019t handed over possession yet, or are using the land for purposes other than the approved reasons. Residential land being used for factories has also been targeted, as well as farmland which has been converted into housing schemes or commercial projects.<\/p>\n

This list has been demanded by the Government of Punjab and lists housing schemes spanning over 1,000 kanals, which haven\u2019t handed over possession to the property buyers for over three to five years.
