Gujranwala: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has launched 10-marla, 1-kanal, and 2-kanal residential and 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots on a three-year payment plan, according to their notice in major publications. The application forms are available for download from the official website of DHA Gujranwala.<\/p>\n
Duly filled application forms\u00a0are to be submitted at DHA Main Office on GT Road Gujranwala, or the society\u2019s sub offices in DHA Phase VI in Lahore and Bahria Town Phase VII in Rawalpindi. The non-refundable processing fee for applying for a 10-marla plot is PKR 7,000 while that for 1-kanal and 2-kanal plots is PKR 14,000 and 25,000 respectively. The non-refundable amount to be paid for applying for 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots is PKR 30,000 and PKR 40,000.<\/p>\n
Application forms are also available at designated branches of Askari Bank, Bank Al-Habib, UBL, Soneri Bank and Bank of Punjab. The application form has to be submitted along with the bank receipt via courier or in person at the mentioned DHA offices in Gujranwala, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.<\/p>\n
The total price of a 10-marla residential plot that has to be cleared in 12 quarterly instalments, with a down payment of PKR 440,000, is 4,400,000. The total price of a 1-kanal plot is PKR 7,400,000 , while 10% of it has to be paid in terms of down payment, while the price of\u00a0a 2-kanal plot is PKR 14,000,000.<\/p>\n
The total prices of 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots are PKR 22,500,000 and PKR 42,500,000 respectively.<\/p>\n
