He demanded better planning for high-rise buildings and said that if a 10-storey building can be constructed, then so can be 40 or 50-storey buildings. He directed the LDA director general and city district administration officers to seek guidance from Dubai and other cities having skyscrapers for the formation of new building bylaws for the provincial capital.<\/p>\n<p>For the new master plan of the city, Khan stressed that thorough planning for car parking space, water supply and sewerage system should be started afresh. He also instructed that comprehensive planning should be carried out for the construction of high-rise buildings.
