He instructed the district administration, municipal corporation, and cantonment boards to remove all encroachments in the city by 31<sup>st<\/sup> December, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>He also instructed the relevant authorities to submit a report. High officials of all the relevant departments were present at the hearing.
