The ADB also plans to provide another USD 250 million for the second phase of PICIIP.<\/p>\n<p>PICIIP is a programme aimed towards the improvement of civic facilities including solid waste management in several cities of Punjab. During the first phase, work will be done in Sialkot and Sahiwal.
