The project is being completed at a cost of approximately PKR 903 million and faced delays due to financial constraints at various steps.<\/p>\n<p>Project Director Iqrar Hussain informed the minister that more than 85% work on the project has been completed but only 50% of the payment could be made to date.<\/p>\n<p>The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/shaukat-khanum-flyover-to-open-for-traffic.html\">moved the completion deadline a few times<\/a>, and the import of flyover joints had been delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.
