Islamabad: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central Board of Revenue (CBR) Town Phase II has decided November 30, 2018 as the last date for submitting a specific percentage of the due amount notified in the old rates, read a publication. The members failing to do so will be required to make payment according to the new rates from December 1, 2018 onwards.<\/p>\n
The deadline is specifically for the plot owners who have paid PKR 100,000 or more for 5-marla plots, PKR 150,000 or more for 10 marla plots, and PKR 300,000 or more for 1-kanal plots. The owner of 5 marla plots are to submit PKR 500,000 by the due date. The 10-marla and 1-kanal plot owners are to pay PKR 1,000,000 and PKR 2,000,000 respectively by November 30, 2018.<\/p>\n
Other CBR Town members who have submitted the above-mentioned amount for their 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal plots and are interested to have a plot allotted to them in CBR Town Phase II in Kot Kohlian should pay PKR 500,000, PKR 1,000,000, and PKR 2,000,000 as down payment according to the new rate for their 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal plots respectively. Those not willing to do so will be given plots at current rates in CBR Town Phase II in Chakri or Rawat.<\/p>\n
