Under the project, dechlorinators will be installed on every tube well in the city. The plan is to convert Islamabad into a model for safe drinking water.<\/p>\n<p>According to PCRWR Chairman Dr Aslam Tahir, on the directions of Federal Science &amp; Technology Minister Azam Swati, discussions were held with WHO\u2019s administration. Now, it has been decided that PCRWR will provide technical support for the project, while WHO has been asked to provide chlorine dosing pumps so that they could be installed on tube wells.<\/p>\n<p>WHO will install the dechlorinators, while PCRWR will monitor them.
