Shangla: A 132KV grid station has been inaugurated in Shang Bisham, a news source reported. The grid station has been directly connected to Khan Khwar hydropower project.<\/p>\n

MNA Ibadullah Khan, who inaugurated the project, said the grid station had long been a demand of the people of Bisham and Chakesar tehsils. A large number of people, including former MPA Mohammad Rashad attended the ceremony held in connection with the launch.<\/p>\n

Khan, while lauding the support of the local community in completion of the project, said he was happy to have fulfilled a promise made to the people of Bisham and Chakesar in 2014.<\/p>\n

He said that it was the first grid station to have been connected to the 72MW Khan Khwar hydel power project with a direct line. He claimed that the locals would no longer face power suspension and low voltage issues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
