The land will be leased to China for 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from Pakistan and China are set to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pakistan-china-set-to-sign-multiple-mous-at-8th-jcc.html\">finalise several multi-billion-dollar Gwadar projects<\/a>, including the establishment of an international airport worth USD 223 million expected to be inaugurated next month, at a Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) meeting scheduled for December 18 and 19.<\/p>\n<p>JCC is expected to discuss several small socioeconomic development projects worth USD 1 billion sought by Pakistan for execution in all its four provinces.
