The board of directors is responsible for policy making and administrative measures.<\/p>\n<p>PLRA, in the absence of a BoD and its chairman, has been facing issues lately pertaining to the policy and administrative decisions as three months have passed since the new government came to power.<\/p>\n<p>The chief minister can appoint any MPA to head BoP and three more MPAs as its members.
