Mobin Siddique, project director of LARP, gave a detailed briefing to Local Government Minister Saeed Ghani on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kmc-and-sindh-government-to-compensate-victims-of-anti-encroachment-drive.html\">resettlement plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The original plan was that KMC, which had acquired the land from LARP, would provide temporary business units to the displaced traders of the Shahabuddin Market. Instead, a 10-storey parking plaza and several shops were built on the land.<\/p>\n<p>Ghani said that the parking plaza was constructed at a cost of PKR 750 million and was generating a monthly revenue of PKR 1 million.
