The remaining amount will be payable in easy quarterly instalments.<\/p>\n<p>Both residential and commercial plots are available and the plots launched include 5-marla, 7-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal residential plots and 4-marla commercial plots. These plots have been launched in Phase I-Extension.<\/p>\n<p>According to the publication and Tahir Associates CEO Waqas Tahir, all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/blog\/ichs-town-development-and-affordable-plots-in-islamabad.html\">NOCs have been obtained by ICHS<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooperative Societies<\/strong>: Registration No. 313, Co-operative Societies Department, ICT, Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA):<\/strong> NOC No. 567\/SL\/N-I\/TP\/TMAF from Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Fateh Jang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ministry of Defence: <\/strong>NOC No.6\/53\/Misc\/D-28\/2008 from Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Civil Aviation Authority (CAA):<\/strong> NOC No. HQCAA\/1124\/44\/ATS(P\/C) 2693 for Construction from Civil Aviation Authority, Headquarters, Karachi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Environmental Protection Department:<\/strong> NOC No. DD(EIA)EPA\/F-80(IEE)\/0307\/2009\/2892 from Environmental Protection Department, Government of Punjab.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad: Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society (ICHS) has begun booking plots in Quaid Block of the housing society, a publication announced. 5-marla plots can be booked at a down payment of PKR 325,000 instead of PKR 456,000 if the booking is made immediately.
