The civic body has asked the owners to submit their plans for approval or have their properties demolished.<\/p>\n<p>RDA decided to postpone the anti-encroachment drive after several office-bearers of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) held a meeting with the deputy commissioner and apprised him of concerns of the traders.<\/p>\n<p>Sources close to the development said the scheme would allow RDA to collect fees for approving building plans and impose fines on violators.
