All the registration forms were sold out in few hours only.<\/p>\n<p>20<sup>th<\/sup> December, 2013 was advertised to be the last date for the submission of registration forms. However, according to the latest newsflash, the last date for registration forms submission has been changed to 16<sup>th<\/sup> December, 2013. This change of date is believed to be the effect of immediate sale of all the registration forms.<\/p>\n<p>Hoshang Pearl Karachi will feature Pakistan\u2019s most luxurious apartments in a 5-star setting. It is located adjacent to Karachi Club on the Hoshang Raod and is well connected to the commercial arteries and business hubs of the grand city.<\/p>\n<p>Opal 225, on the other hand, will feature a mixture of residential, commercial and recreational facilities. It is located opposite to Avari Towers Hotel between Dr.Daud Pota Road and Raja Ghazanfar Ali Road. From mega shopping mall to five star hotel and from luxurious apartments to extravagant office spaces; Opal 225 will probably be a unique structure in the skyline of city.<\/p>\n<p>Total registration fee for both the projects was set to be Rs.100,000 that included Rs. 15,000 of non-refundable processing fee and Rs. 85,000 of instalment plan credit, which will be adjusted in the instalment plan at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>The registration slips of Bahria Town ICON, Bahria Town Tower and Bahria Town Karachi are still being traded in the market at exponential profits.
