For those of you, who do not read paper or watch television, here is a short introduction of a project that might as well have a grand future. Grand Avenues is a popular project on Ferozpur Road Lahore that has taken the market by storm. Now although property prices here are still somewhat lower as compared to some of the other neighbouring communities.<\/p>\n<p>Urban Developers, the brain and brawn behind Grand Avenues, held a groundbreaking ceremony of a mosque last week and a team from Zameen.com had the pleasure of attending it and what an event it was! As has been discussed earlier, most new housing communities are either <a title=\"Gone with the wind: Mad urbanisation is eating away at agricultural land\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.zameen.com\/mad-urbanisation-eating-away-at-agricultural-land\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">being developed on agricultural land<\/a> or are surrounded by fields that stretch for miles. Grand Avenues is no exception to this and thus the new mosque, upon completion, will be standing amidst fresh fields i.e. if mountains of concrete are not built around it.<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.zameen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Asir-Mustafa-Incharge-SalesMarkeing-with-Imran-Afzal-GM-Markeing.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Asir-Mustafa-(Incharge-SalesMarkeing-)-with-Imran-Afzal-(GM-Markeing)\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.zameen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Asir-Mustafa-Incharge-SalesMarkeing-with-Imran-Afzal-GM-Markeing.jpg\" width=\"597\" height=\"448\" \/><\/a>Asir Mustafa, in charge Sales Marketing, and Imran Afzal, GM Marketing (pictured above from left to right), who had singlehandedly organized the event, briefed the guests about the project before the actual groundbreaking ceremony took place.
