He has issued a warning that the task will be outsourced to other contractors in case the contractor fails to meet the deadline. The commission also directed the Chairman DMC West to arrange as much staff for the contractor as the agreement requires within the issued deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, SWC has urged that the provincial and city government departments work in unity to ensure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sindh-gets-centres-backing-against-water-crisis.html\">potable water for the public<\/a>. Upon the submission of report on water issue by the Commissioner Karachi, it was decided that the issue needs an in-depth discussion.<\/p>\n<p>A meeting has been called on December 23, 2018 and is to be attended by several concerned officials. The meeting will discuss fair distribution of water in Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>SWC was also informed about an abandoned water filtration plant in Hyderabad.
