The anti-encroachment drive, started on the orders of the Supreme Court, continued in its ninth day.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was carried out under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner Wasim-ud-Din, and Gulberg Assistant Commissioner Malik Ikram in Nazimabad. Police personnel assisted the anti-encroachment staff.<\/p>\n<p>The dwellers were given notices to vacate KCR land, while temporary business units were demolished along the seven-kilometre-long railway track.
