Islamabad: A ceremony was held at Prime Minister House to convert it into a university on Friday, a news source reported. As promised by PM Imran Khan, the PM House has become Islamabad National University (INU). During the ceremony, PM ensured that symbols of a colonial mindset will be eradicated from the country. Earlier this month, a formal plan for the conversion was finalised by Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. The university will be a postgraduate institution and is specifically focused upon emerging technologies.
