Rawalpindi: As a result of a successful operation by Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) to curb wastage of water that resulted in service stations being sealed<\/a> for non-installation of water recycling plants, the service stations have begun installing recycling plants, a news source reported. WASA teams will now begin reopening the stations after recycling plants have been installed.<\/p>\n

According to WASA sources, about a 100 service stations in the city without recycling plants were wasting large amounts of water. They had been instructed to install water recycling plants as a result and non-complying service stations had been sealed. The service stations will be reopened after confirmation now.<\/p>\n
