Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has retrieved eight kanals from illegal occupants in Johar Town, a news source reported. Sources close to the development said that three kanals were earmarked for a road and five kanals for a drain. On December 16, the city administration launched an operation against illegal occupants and retrieved 1,000 kanals of land in the process. The operation was carried out in Finance and Trade Centre Block in Johar Town.
