The KP Assembly was further informed that more health insurance cards will be issued to deserving people in the coming five years. These health insurance cards are referred to as Sehat Insaf Cards.<\/p>\n<p>Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-to-invest-pkr-14-bn-in-health-sector.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Government to invest PKR 14 billion in health sector<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While answering questions related to Universal Health Coverage, KP Minister for Health Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan said that the previous Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had successfully issued 1.5 million Health Insurance Cards to people living below the poverty line. Another 0.8 million cards will be distributed among poor people starting from March 2019.
