Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan has approved the merger of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with the Excise and Taxation Department to improve its performance and generate more revenue.<\/p>\n
The decision was made in a meeting chaired by the chief minister and was attended by Director General (Excise) and relevant officials of the government. The CM said that Excise and Taxation Department will be strengthened by the merger. The merger is to be on a trial basis for six months<\/p>\n
