Addressing 100,000 complaints was made possible within a short time period of sixty days only. He also encouraged the citizens to make use of the official Twitter account of Prime Minister Development Unit for receiving effective response on their complaints. For this purpose, citizens can use the Twitter handle @PakistanPMDU.<\/p>\n<p>The app is a comprehensive grievance redressal system. The public can register their complaints using the smartphone app, Facebook page, email, or website. A toll-free number is also available.
