So far, the leases have failed to deposit their instalments.<\/p>\n<p>From 2007 to 2016, CDA\u2019s Estate Management Wing had auctioned 35 commercial plots and agricultural farms on lease basis in Blue Area, sectors G-11, G-9, G-5, F-7, F-11, F-10, E-12, I-8, I-12, I-16, D-12, Fruit and Vegetable Market in Sector I-11\/4, Orchard Schemes, and Park Enclave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-to-regularise-properties-after-revision-of-master-plan.html\">CDA to regularise properties after revision of master plan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was revealed after the latest audit that at least PKR 5,831.043 million remained outstanding on account of premium against the leases who had failed to deposit their instalments.<\/p>\n<p>As per the rules and regulations regarding allotment letters, CDA has the mandate to lease out its land for a period of 33 years, which may be extended for two subsequent terms of 33 years each.
