The reforms introduced by LTC have already resulted in the provision of quality facilities for the public on various urban routes in the city.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, LTC\u2019s enforcement department took active steps against violations of public transport laws. These included the concerns of over-charging, as well as the lack of fitness certificates and route permits.
