Additionally, it will scrutinize the 1992 Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Zoning Regulations, the 1960 CDA Ordinance, the 2005 Islamabad Building Regulations; among other ordinances. It was also emphasised that the commission would keep in view the participation of the private sector in health and education when drawing up its recommendations.
