Work on this road has been delayed in the past due to unavailability of funds.<\/p>\n<p>Jamil took action on the complaints submitted by the people who use the road on a daily basis and instructed the officers concerned to finish the pending development work on a priority basis. Funds for various projects in many parts of the province were put on hold due to lack of funds and this particular project was among them.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, Rahim Yar Khan Deputy Commissioner played an active role to get the funds issued and resume various pending projects in the city. Reportedly, work on many projects that were halted in the past has resumed.
