I am talking about the Christian community of Pakistan. I sometimes wonder why the world around them is too suffocating to let them grow. Why their kids have no choice but to look for jobs in municipality\u2019s cleaning service? Why it is always food that they have to worry about? And most of all, why cleaning jobs have such ridiculous salaries when it is something that we need daily and on regular basis?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zameen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4716 aligncenter\" alt=\"11\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zameen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/11.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a>These questions can easily go unanswered without bothering anyone but I know a place where things are different, where our Christian fellows are as important and desirable as any other person. It is at the headquarters of Zameen.com where we have about 10 Christian coworkers in different department including Admin, SEO, Marketing and Business Development as well as in the Kitchen. These folks are not just an important part of the company but they also enjoy complete religious freedom, where we all join them in the celebration and become a part of the lucky few to have their share of the Christmas cake in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zameen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/121.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4717 aligncenter\" alt=\"12\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zameen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/121.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" \/><\/a>Ever since Zameen.com was founded, the Christian staff here has been holding a Christmas party. They pool in money to help us experience the real spirits of Christmas celebrations and we get to eat our share of chocolate cake layered in different types of chocolate\u2026.
