Commissioner Dr Mujtaba Paracha presided over the meeting. The department officials will soon prepare a feasibility report.<\/p>\n<p>The commissioner said that the Evacuee Property Trust Board (EPTB) and the Punjab Education Department will issue an NOC in the near period.
