The civic body has decided to rent out the shops instead of selling them. LDA plans to establish a permanent source of income instead of relying on funds.<\/p>\n<p>The park is being constructed over an area of 130 kanals in Johar Town. It will host over 80 shops, a park, a children\u2019s arcade, and allied facilities.
