The eight housing schemes include Pak Land City on Raiwind Road, Smart City on Canal Road, and Nadeem Park on Ferozepur Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pkr-400m-released-by-lda-for-payments.html\">PKR 400 mn released by LDA for payments<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The three private schemes \u2013 which have been accorded technical approval \u2013 are Rafi Garden Housing Scheme in Kot Radha Kishan, Al-Azeem Garden Villas in Sheikhupura, and Safari Garden Housing Scheme on Sue-e-Asal Road.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the civic body had carried out an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-razes-nine-illegal-schemes.html\">operation against illegal housing schemes <\/a>situated along GT Road and Canal Road.
