This determines if the said buildings were constructed according to the approved plans.<\/p>\n<p>RMC noted that over eighty percent of owners don\u2019t possess a completion certificate. The problem was reported to the provincial government, which has allowed to take appropriate action. RMC will be able to verify the certificates with their own records following this step.<\/p>\n<p>The authority has resolved to take action against those not having obtained the certificates.
