Individuals owning plots in these public housing sectors will no longer be required to visit LDA offices to get their building plans approved.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-declares-eight-housing-schemes-illegal.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA declares eight housing schemes illegal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The four LDA schemes due for having their records relocated online include Mustafa Town, Jubilee Town, Gulberg, and LDA Avenue-1.\u00a0 LDA Director General Amna Imran Khan revealed this information. She also stated that that digitisation of records is currently under-process for other LDA housing projects as well &#8211; including Johar Town.<\/p>\n<p>She further informed that LDA is now processing \u2018transfer of plot\u2019 applications through an internal online system. The system will begin working following the successful computerisation of the records of the mentioned schemes<\/p>\n<p>Director General Khan has also issued an order to shift Avenue-1\u2019s Directorate from Johar Town\u2019s LDA Complex. She has asked for its relocation to Avenue-1 itself.
