CCB will adopt the rulings after consultation with its elected members in a meeting.<\/p>\n<p>According to a CCB official, the types of buildings in areas under CCB jurisdiction are different from those under RCB. In the former, there are fewer commercial zones. Moreover, the streets in residential areas are narrower. This is why specific building bye-laws are needed for CCB.<\/p>\n<p>The CCB Vice President Raja Irfan Imtiaz, speaking on the matter, said that the board wants to allow the construction of double-storey structures in narrow streets within densely populated areas. He explained that people have already built double-storey houses in these locations illegally.
