LDA Director General Amna Imran Khan issued these orders on recommendations of the Metropolitan Planning Wing\u2019s Scrutiny Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The societies that received PPP include Blue Town Phase-I on Multan Road, Qasim Garden on Raiwind Road, and Shaheen Villas in Sheikhupura. The technical approvals were granted to Five Star Garden in Sheikhupura, Takbeer Villas on Chand Rai Road, and Zamin City near Hudiara Drain.<\/p>\n<p>DG Khan clarified that the issuance of PPP NOC and technical approvals does not alleviate the need for a final approval.
