Dubai: The government plans to establish a digital bank for overseas Pakistanis in a bid to increase remittance inflows \u2013 a news source reported.<\/p>\n

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Zulfikar Bukhari expressed his views on the matter. He was addressing a press conference in Dubai.<\/p>\n

He informed that the authorities concerned were working on finalising the bank\u2019s operational mechanisms and modalities. A comprehensive plan, in this respect, will be completed by February.<\/p>\n

Bukhari said that the government is committed to providing maximum benefits to overseas Pakistanis. He added that that executive will establish the digital bank on a national level.<\/p>\n
