It will be constructed under a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/leh-expressway-to-be-constructed-on-bot-basis.html\">public-private partnership arrangement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Punjab chief minister approved the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-to-extend-leh-expressway.html\">extension of the project <\/a>by including several kilometre-long portions. Leh Expressway will now comprise a 23km-long road between Soan Bridge and the Kashmir Highway.
