He was chairing a pre-bidding conference at the PSCA Headquarters in Lahore. The representatives of 10 multinational and 13 national companies were also present at the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>The participants were briefed on the scope of the proposed project. These command and control centres will be established in Multan, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi.
