He also stated that such directives had also been given in a previous cabinet meeting and were now being followed up on.<\/p>\n<p>Owners of buildings with no disability access will be fined. Despite some progress related to the issue in the past, most of the new roads and pavements built do not have cuts and ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
