At least 75% of the scheme\u2019s quota will be allotted to government employees. The remaining 25% will be offered to the general public.<\/p>\n<p>The allottees will be able to avail mortgage facilities. Moreover, funds for the project will be secured through commercial banks. The FGEHF scheme will be established in major cities such as Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fgehf-issues-notice-to-allottees-of-f-1415.html\">FGEHF issues notice to allottees of F-14\/15<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is pertinent to mention that at least 39 private entities have given 93 suggestions with regard to setting up the said scheme. FGEHF will be established in a phased manner.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase, the government will scrutinise the documents with regard to the bidding process.
