LDA Director General Amna Imran Khan and PEC Chairman Engineer Salim Javed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Under this agreement, PEC council would extend its cooperation to LDA. The council would also identify the criteria with regard to the construction of high-rise buildings in the city.<\/p>\n<p>LDA Vice Chairman SM Imran said that quality should not be compromised when constructing high-rise buildings.
