To procure land for such huge investments, a \u2018clean land bank\u2019 is being established.<\/p>\n<p>He informed that overseas investors have hailed the federal government\u2019s decision to set up the institution \u2013 which will facilitate the construction of hotels countywide.<\/p>\n<p>The BOI chief said that Pakistan is currently expecting a Saudi investment of up to USD 12 billion in different sectors, including finance, power, renewable energy, internal security, media &amp; culture, and sports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fdi-increased-by-17-in-december-2018.html\">FDI increased by 17% in December 2018<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He further stated that two RLNG plants will be sold to the Gulf kingdom for approximately USD 4 billion.
