He was meeting with a delegation of businessmen. The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce &amp; Industry (ICCI) President, Ahmed Hassan Moughal, informed the CDA chairman about the businessmen\u2019s issues.<\/p>\n<p>Moughal stated that CDA\u2019s provision of extended lease on commercial property (spanning between 33 to 99 years) was not being implemented. He added that the process of securing a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for renewing the lease also posed a major hurdle. In response, the CDA chairman ensured that his agency would look into streamlining the lease-renewal process.<\/p>\n<p>Moving forward with the meeting, Moughal then proposed allowing industrialists to conduct multiple trades on a single industrial plot.
